Section I : Student and Parent Information

Please review and acknowledge the following contest policies. These agreements help maintain fair and consistent testing conditions for all students.

Agreements and Acknowledgments

  1. I attended the parent orientation or reviewed the parent information materials and understand the MOEMS contest procedures.
  2. I understand that my child must complete each contest independently, without help from a parent, sibling, tutor, or any other person.
  3. I agree not to discuss, photograph, copy, record, share, or distribute any contest question or solution.
  4. I will provide a quiet testing environment and ensure that the required device, camera, and internet connection are ready before each contest begins.
  5. I understand that a missed contest cannot be retaken or made up.
  6. I understand that failure to follow the contest rules may result in the student’s score being invalidated or the student’s removal from the program.

Section III : Registration and Next Steps

Please note completion of enrollment will be after the following steps:

1.  After registration closes, applications will be reviewed based on the number of entries received.

2. Families offered a place on the team will receive a payment link for the $60 season fee.

3. Enrollment will be confirmed after the payment is completed.
