About Me
Hello, my name is Lalitha. I have been tutoring Math for the past 8 years with proven results.
My educational background is in Computer Science and Engineering which was driven by a passion for math and all things logic. My passion for math education brought me to tutoring in Math. I have done a variety of courses on Coursera and other online institutions to learn the pedagogy and technology and tools available in this era of AI based world. I keep enhancing my arsenal of strategies from various resources. More importantly, having worked with students of all skill levels has taught me that learning is very individual and every student has room to grow. I try to develop a growth mindset in children and keep expanindg their zone of proximal development. Simply stated, I keep pushing the bar higher little by little to maintain the achievability.
In my free time, I enjoy music and playing with my dog !
